Afri Fish was recently awarded with the ISO 22.000 and recognized by the Minister of Fishing and Maritime Economy in Mauritania after EU inspectors found that the factory responds efficiently to sanitary requirements, in particular to the traceability of fishing products and the monitoring of canoes.

Mohameden El Hafedh is one of the leading businessmen in the fishing industry in Mauritania.
